The Siva Rudraksha Mala Trika Collection, designed with Shiva Rea, is an energetic mala collection with layers of meanings and purposes. Composed of three or "tri" malas, the malas can be worn together or individually for invoking different energetic states. We are honored to have the guidance of Shiva Rea, a world renowned yoga instructor, in these designs.
There are no tassels on any in the Trika Collection for ease in wearing multiple malas. The Siva Rudraksha Mala is the "Mala of Empowerment" with a trident in triangle charm invoking the solar current. "Om Namah Shivaya" Pendant is of 92.5 sterling silver. Rudraksha are 5.5 in size.
The Trika Collection is designed to be worn alone or all three together. These unique handcrafted jewelry pieces are lovingly made in Bali. Each bead has been picked, blessed, and chosen for its "energy" level. Made with rudraksha beads of uncommon size, more commonly found rudrakshas are much larger. The smaller the rudraksha, the more rare and the more potent its energy is. A rudraksha is believed to impart different types of benefits according to the number of segments (similar to that of an orange) or mukhi. We use only rudrakshas of five mukhi. It is traditionally believed that they can destroy negative thought and grant the wearer peace of mind, clarity, and purpose. Rudrakshas can have a very long life, known to last up to eight generations. They are considered sacred and need to be treated with respect and care. Wash them occasionally to remove dirt and dust. Oil them with coconut or sandalwood oil to preserve them. They will naturally turn darker with your own body oil, this is the desired effect as they will grow stronger.
